The Weldon

Recently converted to condos in 2005, The Weldon lies in the Radnor / Fort Myer Heights neighborhood convenient to the Courthouse and Rosslyn Metro. Standing at 7 stories high with 56 units, The Weldon is on the smaller side of condos in Courthouse. Residents enjoy a condo fee that includes all utilities, a fitness center, and a club room. The Weldon takes its name from Felix de Weldon, who was the designer of the Iwo Jima Memorial just a few blocks from the condominium.
